Grace Burchell is an Art Psychotherapist with a special interest in supporting both individuals with neurodiversity and histories of trauma. She is passionate about helping people build a deeper, more compassionate relationship with themselves. 

With an M.Sc. in Art Psychotherapy and a B.A. in Psychology, Grace has a strong foundation in mental health and extensive experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex mental health challenges. 

Her trauma-informed and person-centred approach fosters a collaborative therapeutic environment that is tailored to each client’s unique needs. With deep empathy and gentle guidance, she supports clients in safely exploring their inner world through creative and verbal expression. 

Grace is currently evolving her practice to include a greater focus on psychosexual health and offers a safe, affirming space to explore topics related to sexuality, relationships, identity, and intimacy.
