Prior to filling out referral form please have a look at our Privacy and Confidentiality information pack and our Duty of Care Statement. If referring on someone else behalf please ensure you have their consent. If self-referring for our Pay What You Can Time Limited Therapy make sure you read our TLT Guideline. UPDATE: Due to the amount of referrals coming through there is a 1 and a half month waiting time for most Art Therapists (To see individual waiting times visit the team page. The waiting times are listed under each person.

We have paused referrals for Time Limited Therapy, if TLT is something you are interested in please do still fill out this form, as we will have a better understanding of the need for Pay What You Can services and be able to advocate and plan for it as needed. We will send you an email to let you know we have received your referral and the estimated waiting time.

This is an adjustment period while we expand to our 30 therapist team, an additional 14 therapists. As such we might provide options outside of your preferred modality.
