Noah is an HCPC-registered Dramatherapist, voice leader and theatre practitioner. Noah is bilingual (Spanish and English). She trained in physical theatre, which strengthened her belief in the importance of the body both as a way of communicating and also as a well of information. Her therapeutic practice focuses on gently exploring the imaginative world, using the body as a guide and a reference point. She considers play to be fundamental to the therapeutic process.

In sessions, Noah would first support you to find a sense of safety, and from there to explore together; this could be through creative movement, story building with objects, exploring character, vocal exploration, dance, or talking. These methods offer creative approaches to explore and process past experiences without pressure to share anything specific or risk re-traumatising.

Noah is queer and neurodivergent. While everyone’s experience is unique, she understands that shared identities can sometimes bring an added sense of safety or understanding in therapy. She shares this about herself in case it helps you feel more at ease in choosing the right therapist for you.

Noah welcomes referrals from all ages.
