Olivia (she/her) is an Art Psychotherapist whose practice is rooted in the belief that artmaking, narrative, and play can express what words often cannot.

With a background in illustration, she has learned first-hand how creative processes can hold emotion, memory, and truth when language falls short. Now, she offers those same tools to the people she works with.

She has experience supporting neurodiverse clients and primary-school children, as well as individuals across a wide range of ages. She brings familiarity into the therapeutic space through personalised resources and creative activities, ensuring each person feels seen both physically and symbolically.

She has walked alongside clients through grief, life transitions, confidence-building, and the complexities of relationships, experiences that continue to shape her understanding of what it means to be human and in motion.

She offers a space of compassionate witnessing, a gentle holding where the tangled and uncomfortable can be met without fear. Often, it is the being-with that matters most: shared silence, slowing down, and the trust that says, I feel safe enough to show you this. For her, being alongside someone is a way of saying they do not have to face things alone.

Her practice is grounded in person-centred and trauma-informed principles, relational, calm, and attuned, supporting clients as they carefully rebuild a sense of self.
