Sarah is a registered Counsellor and Art Therapist with over nine years’ experience across higher education, the NHS, and charities. She currently works with adults at the University of Edinburgh and in private practice, drawing on earlier experience supporting young people and families.

Therapy with Sarah offers more than simply looking within. Together, you’ll consider how your experiences and the world around you influence your wellbeing, recognising that sometimes the challenges you’re facing are bigger than any one person.

Her style is collaborative, compassionate, and conversational. She uses talking and art therapy, incorporating approaches such as cognitive–behavioural therapy and creative methods, and tailors sessions to what feels most helpful to you. Sarah sees arts as one of many tools in her toolbox and is happy to facilitate it if you’d like to explore it.

She works with adults from all walks of life and has a special interest in supporting multicultural and international clients; including those who grew up in a culture different from their parents’, expats, repats, students, and people in intercultural relationships.

Clients describe her as calming and insightful, helping them feel clearer, supported, and empowered. Find out more at seetherapy.co.uk
