Styling Your Authentic Self

  • Creative Arts Therapies Space CIC 43-45 Easter Road Edinburgh United Kingdom (map)

Remember that sparkly dress, that red cape, that blue eyeshadow that made your heart soar?

As children, we instinctively knew that what we wear can be a joyful, powerful form of self-expression.

But as adults, it’s easy to lose touch with that spark. Trends, rules, and fashion “shoulds” can drown out our inner voice.

This playful, creative workshop invites you to find with your authentic style through reconnecting with your inner child and the other parts that make up your whole self.
Whether you’re at the start of your style journey or looking to deepen your relationship with your wardrobe, this session offers a supportive space to explore:

👗 Your unique style intuition, lead by your authentic self
🧠 How do draw on the inner parts of you (including your inner child) in your style
🧥 How your wardrobe can reflect and support your whole self

This isn’t about following fashion rules, it’s about showing up as you.
